Welcome to the Allergens page for University of Hull on-campus events, catering and hospitality.

Our use of allergens

Whilst all reasonable precautions have been taken in the production of our food we cannot guarantee that it is completely allergen free due to it being produced from fresh in the University’s central production kitchen that handles and uses all allergens.

Allergenic ingredients include: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, and tree nuts.
