Great food is an important part of any event and we are proud of the excellent reputation we’ve established for the quality and variety of our catering. Our menus have been designed by our Executive Chef, Robert Stratton, who worked for many years in fine dining establishments and Michelin Star eateries.
Whether your event is on the main University campus or in our Cottingham halls of residence, our talented in-house catering team will work with you to provide the highest standard of food. We can produce everything from a small finger buffet to a full banquet and are happy to tailor our menus to suit your tastes and dietary requirements. We can also offer advice about compiling bespoke menus for your event.
Most of our dishes are homemade, with all food prepared on site by our experienced team of chefs. We always use the best seasonal ingredients, sourced locally where possible.
We’re confident that we have something to match all budgets, with a basic sandwich lunch starting at £3.95 and dinner menus from £24.95. We are happy to work with you to create an offer suitable for your event.

Whilst all reasonable precautions have been taken in the production of our food we cannot guarantee that it is completely allergen free due to it being produced from fresh in the University’s central production kitchen that handles and uses all allergens.
Allergenic ingredients include: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, and tree nuts.
