Something more formal

For AGMs, awards ceremonies, banquets and sit-down functions with full venue exclusivity.

Formal evening packages includes:

• Venue hire for your formal event
• Private bar, foyer area and cloakroom
• Choice of formal dining menus including including 2-course and 3-course options
• Dedicated table staff for smooth, attentive dining service
• Doors 6pm – 11pm (to midnight Thu-Sat)
• Function manager to look after you and your guests
• Mood and function lighting with choice of colours
• Use of stage, lighting and audio for presentations/function band or DJ
• Venue seating & black-clothed tables for up to 200

From £34.00 per person inc VAT
Price valid until July 2026 subject to availability, Monday to Saturday, minimum 80 covers.

The Kingsley Function Suite in our Canham Turner conferences and events building is a versatile, impressively equipped space ideal for conferences, weddings, exhibitions, performances and formal celebrations.

With capacity for up to 300 guests, a full‑size stage, colour‑controllable lighting, advanced AV facilities and the option to partition the room for smaller events, it delivers both flexibility and impact. Convenient access to a fully licensed bar and features such as natural daylight and blackout options ensure every function runs smoothly and memorably.
