Jonathan Rhodes

Conference and Sales Manager

I oversee the marketing and business development strategy for the University’s commercial services whilst leading the Beyond Events team in delivering first class services to our clients. In my spare time you’ll find me with my family, out hiking and camping or in search of second-hand record shops and any rare records within!

Alice McDermott

Sales and Events Coordinator

I organise all types of events, from small interviews and three-day conferences to weddings and Christmas party nights. One of the best things about my job is that I get to meet new people and work with so many different clients. In my free time, I love to bake and try out new recipes for my colleagues to try. I can often be found with my head buried in a book or doing something crafty.

Lindsey O’Malley

Sales and Events Coordinator

I have worked in the hospitality industry for the last five years, but the University has been my favourite place to work. Having graduated here a few years ago, it’s always been somewhere I’ve had a huge fondness for. A typical workday includes booking catering for internal meetings across campus and helping our brides to plan their special days. In my spare time I love going to the theatre, visiting new places and spending lots of time with family.
